We are committed to providing quality products. Please note that our items are handmade and therefore there may be slight variations between the cut and finish of each item. These variations are natural characteristics of a handmade item and will not interfere with the use of the product. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number so we can quickly assist you. All approved returns sent back within 7 days will receive store credit. All returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging including any free gifts that were given. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If approved for a refund, any shop orders that received free shipping will receive a refund less the shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.
