Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, log in to your account to initiate a return. All approved returns must be sent back within 14 days to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the package back to The Line. All returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging including any free gifts that were given. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt will be denied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For orders that originally received free shipping, the refund amount will be adjusted to exclude the shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.
