We're Hiring — eCommerce Operations Manager
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team. As an eCommerce Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellence.
This is a part-time contract role, based in Vancouver BC. You will work from our Gastown location.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment on all eCommerce orders and ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitoring customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the Shopify admin platform, including inventory, product listings, content updates, and technical troubleshooting;
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience within eCommerce, preferably Shopify
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
