Shipping Policy

The Line ships worldwide from our warehouses in Canada and the United States.

Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is available on orders $100+ within North America, and on orders $200+ for international destinations.

Processing Times

Please note that the estimated shipping time shown at checkout does not include processing time.

Regular orders: 5 to 7 business days
Custom orders: 7 to 10 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. The Line is not responsible for late deliveries or lost packages once the order has been dispatched.
