Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with The Line, you agree to the following terms.
Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available on orders $100+ within North America and $200+ for international destinations. Please note that delivery times shown at checkout do not include processing time.
Processing times:
Regular orders: 5 to 7 business days
Custom orders: 7 to 10 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. The Line is not responsible for late deliveries or lost packages once the order has been dispatched.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. To initiate a return, please log in to your account before shipping any items back. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that originally qualified for complimentary shipping will receive a refund less the flat rate shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs or taxes.
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. If approved, cancellations will be refunded via store credit or to the original payment method.
Paper Quality
Every The Line product is crafted with care. Please note that our items are handmade and slight variations in cut and finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of a handmade product and will not affect the use or quality of your order.
